We enjoyed very much our stay , and If I have the chance to be in Bali in the future I will again select Goodway Hotels & Resorts
Suggestions:
1)It is important for the young ladies behind the counter to improve their English language capabilities .
2)To make the shuttle bus trips more frequent and to different directions .

-Need a much better coordinated transport system to and from Ubud;
a real nightmare

-Significantly improve food at Gubah Villas as there is no other
option nearby

The resort is beautiful and the rooms are clean. All in all, the price value and the added service provided are really appreciated. I would definitely come back to Goodway Hotels & Resorts for my next trip to Bali.

Except for the location which is very inconvinient far away from the sea, shops and any other activity. sea is also not visible from the Hotel , the Hotel provides good value for money in a peaceful and green environment.

The Bebe Spa is in my opinion not professionally managed and my experience their was not good. The hotel should have their own employees in a SPA in their property and not private people which spoil the hotel's name.
