Welcome to Bali and thank you for visiting paradise-bali.com. With the August high season over and Idul Fitri celebrations now just a fond memory Bali settles into a quieter more idyllic mode. September is great month to visit. The weather is near prefect and with many visitors now having returned home, getting around is much easier. As well hotel rates no longer carry any high season surcharges so getting the hotel of your choice is easier and less expensive (see sidebar for the best deals on Bali's most popular hotels and resorts).
That being said, towards the end of the month the 24th Executive Board of the Veterans Confederation of ASEAN Countries will be meeting in Nusa Dua September 25 - 28 and hotels in Nusa Dua will be running very high occupancies. If you are coming for this meeting better to book your hotel accommodation sooner rather than later.
